A self-proclaimed psychic who has offered his services to help find two missing Oklahoma children is scheduled to return on Tuesday to coordinate a search for a 13-year-old Tulsa girl at an undisclosed location.
Denver resident Jeff Baker said he has spent last week getting psychic clues to the whereabouts of Cori Baker, who has been missing since Nov. 9.
A statement released Friday on behalf of Cori's family asked for volunteers to help Baker, whom they said has "been able to determine an area of interest in which he feels her body will be found."
The statement asked for volunteers to meet Tuesday morning at Unity Church of Christianity, when the location would be revealed.
Cori was last seen with her sister's boyfriend, Marquis Bullock, who picked her up from classes at Union Alternative School.
Tulsa County prosecutors have charged Bullock with first-degree murder. He is scheduled to return to court March 17 for a preliminary hearing.
Danny Baker believes his daughter's death was an "impulse killing."
Danny Baker said the psychic, who isn't related to family, hasn't guaranteed anything.
"He says he will show up and do his best and help in any way he can," Danny Baker said.
Jeff Baker traveled to Woodward last week in an attempt to help investigators find the body of 6-year-old Logan Tucker, who disappeared in 2002. He wasn't able to find Logan, whose mother has been convicted of first-degree murder in his death. Jeff Baker finished in the top four on "America's Psychic Challenge," a television show that aired in the fall on the Lifetime network.
