RIPON ? For Chris Moon, hunting season never ends.

Ghosts are his quarry, and he'll share his techniques for tracking them down at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, at Ripon College's Harwood Memorial Union.

After his lecture, as many as 45 students will join Moon for an actual ghost hunt around campus.

Moon runs Haunted Times magazine (www.hauntedtimes.com), a publication he launched in 2004 to offer a balanced view of the paranormal. His specialty is EVP communication (electronic voice phenomenon), a means by which, according to some, the living can receive messages from beyond the grave.

The phenomenon was the subject of "White Noise," a 2005 thriller starring Michael Keaton.

Admission is free to the public, although the ghost hunt is for students only. For more information, contact Melissa Bemus at (920) 748-8112.
