St. Catharines teen Devin Robbins is still in the running on the popular kids TV show Ghost Trackers.

The 15-year-old Grade 10 student at Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School heads into the finals on an episode that airs this weekend.

The series, shot at spooky locations around Ontario, pits two contestants against each other each week as they use high-tech gear to find signs of spirits.

The trackers are judged by other contestants on how well they pick up paranormal activity using various gadgets.

Robbins narrowly lost his first match by half a point, but he earned one of two wild cards to stay in the competition.

In a quarter-final episode, Robbins tracked ghosts at an old mill at Ball?s Falls in Lincoln, scoring the highest performance score since the show began.

Robbins squares off against another contestant in the final episode in an exploration of a former jail in Guelph.

The episode airs Friday at 7 p.m. on YTV. It runs again Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. and Sunday at 2:30 p.m.
