Penn State ghost chasers appear on A&E

A&E, home to reality shows "Criss Angel Mindfreak" and "Dog: The Bounty Hunter," will come to Pennsylvania to shoot a new docudrama series featuring Pennsylvania State University students at State College's Paranormal Research Society.

The series, which A&E will announce next week, does not yet have a title or an air date. A pilot was filmed earlier this year.

According to the PRS, the show will be executive produced by Gary Auerbach ("Rollergirls") and will chronicle research done by PRS founder Ryan Buell and other PRS members who attend class during the week and "investigate the unexplained on their free time." Those paranormal phenomena include ghosts, bigfoot and alien abductions.
