The three-month long event, at the Nilai 3 exhibition centre, is organised by supernatural artifact collector Baharuddin Osman or Pak Raden, together with paranormal investigative group Seekers.
Called Tabir Misteri or ?Veil of Mystery?, the exhibition will showcase hundreds of artifacts from Pak Raden?s collection, such as jenglots, ibu toyol, geliga embun (hardened dew drops) keris and golden roosters.
On Oct 11, The Malay Mail reported that DNA analysis on three jenglots on display at the Asian Arts Museum in Universiti Malaya revealed them to be fakes.
?Come and see for yourself. When the ?veil? is lifted, you can judge for yourself whether these makhluk halus (supernatural beings) are real or not.?
The exhibition will also touch on Puteri Gunung Ledang. The artifacts were acquired by the traditional medicine practitioner during his travels.
Pak Raden stressed that this event would not be a ghost exhibition like the Pameran Misteri, Jin, Hantu dan Keranda held at Muzium Sultan Alam Shah.
He also said that organisers may even challenge members of the public to spend a night at the exhibition and ?see what comes up?.
