A Valley house believed to be haunted could get some new life.
The house on Clovis Avenue was a sanitarium before it opened as a Halloween attraction.
Some say it's haunted and there was even a paranormal investigation.
The Clovis Planning Commission is expected to vote on plans to turn the house into a spa and hotel.
Owner Todd Wolfe wants to add 42-rooms, a restaurant and a day spa. He says the new hotel will allow guests to experience the supernatural.
The whole thing could get national attention. Wolfe would like to turn the renovation into a TV series.
