Locality and Non Locality
As it is said in the business of real estate, the value of any given property is location. However, location is always placed in the context of comparison and in relationship to a series or a singular point of reference. Time for us is a daily point of reference in terms of our location in relation to our measurement of movement which is analogous to the properties of thought itself.
In a previous post, we explored the strange anomaly of time as a subjective clockwork of measurement, defendant upon the positioning of the observer, as well as the movement of thought being an indication that the apparent cognition of time outside of human consciousness in the perception of itself in spacial terms and in quantum terms, an illusionary quality of sensate perception.
In other words according to some theorists within the scientific community, outside of our perception of it, time may not exist. This is oddly reminiscent of metaphysical and spiritual teachings which enfold into scientific theory by terming this state the Eternal Now.
As also related in previous posts, environmental factors analogous to the atmospheric conditions required for the production of lightning may be a localized phenomenon that allows for the receptive capability of bi-locality which is positioned in both quantum non local terms as well as within the perception of time which already is a predisposition of the observer. In other words, it both present and not present. Or, if you prefer, a ghost. If you view a human being in strictly empirical terms, it is understandable why we cannot locate the ghost in this biological machine.
Also in previous posts, we explored the comparative relationship between direct experience and proof, which of course does not transfer in any coherent fashion between these two aspects of experiential consideration. In quantum terms the device with which you measure a phenomenon has a direct correlation with not only your anticipation but with your result. Perhaps we have such individuated mechanisms that while not psychological in the strictest sense of measurement but with the context of relationships in our conceptual models, can provide us with unintended results, as we have attenuated our perception toward a bias that allows these interior relationships to manifest in cognition toward an sensate external manifestation, if there is something outside of our visual field that is already present in a theoretical perpetuity outside of the purview of what we term time. Such, perhaps are ghosts.

What is very interesting about Peter's experience is his affinity for his past surroundings which also for many years was not only his place of residence, his home. but also where he worked for an equal amount of years. When he speaks of his surroundings whether it is in terms of his affinity toward viewing his fellow co-workers as part of an extended family in context with his physical surroundings there is an emotional carrier wave if you will, of belonging and perhaps even a melding of all of these facets as an integrated attenuation toward this place in a receptive and respectful admiration manner of fondness. Again, I sense this context is relevant as a precursor to both the nature of his experience as well as his potentiality to have one.
Inside is Outside
The emotional spectrum seems to attenuate experiences of this nature which should not be surprising inasmuch as empathy, regret, compassion and any number of contextual modalities which precede the nature of the communication, which I suspect have a direct bearing on what is experienced. These are not inputs toward this non local reality that are centered on the production of effects but rather are an extension of oneself toward a resolution within a reciprocal exchange, that as evidenced apparently stands outside of the boundaries and barricades that we directly associate as reality when it is based on the concept of time being a linear phenomenon rather than a "eternal now" as mentioned previously. Whether this concept is quantum or metaphysical, all roads apparently lead to a personal Damascus. Time in essence, irrelevant to experience, as these individuals attest. These individuals have undergone an experimental technique termed Induced After Death Communication. As you listen, bear in mind the "experiencers" of Ufology. As with the exterior manifestation of ghosts, there is it's interior mirror.

In Relation to What?
Induced experiences are a fascinating probe into the pliability of not only what we consider the empirical aspects of reality, but the refracted experiential material that arises in this locus, perhaps redefines or transcends the traditional models of what we term experience itself. Again the two juxtaposed facets of experience, direct experience versus the proof of this experience can be observed in their irrelevance in a trans personal context where the artifice of logic is superseded by an immersion in a extra dimensional and emotionally engaged, reciprocal dialog.
What is also fascinating is the proportional amount of clarity in relation to the personal connection to this phenomenon. So in our positioning of observers outside of the experience itself do we say these experiences did or did not occur? Isn't the answer both yes and no? I have has experiences that did not require induction. If you asked me directly if I were where I was not physically located, I would have to answer in the affirmative. Did I physically travel to where I was? No. So, then, as odd as this may seem, locality was irrelevant, however these experiences have profoundly led to not only my obvious interest in the mechanism(s) which were operant in this experience, but also have led to my increased interest in the nature of consciousness in relation to quantum mechanics.
Suffice to say, this is not a creature prone to laboratory verification or subject to degrees of qualifiers out of context to the enfolded nature of the phenomenon. Only those who have not had a similar experience are those who require proof. This Gordian Knot has bias operating on both sides of the fence. What constitutes proof is a much steeper and slippery slope than we often assume. I suppose one could say it depends on our point of reference. Inevitably, as we slog along the trail left for us to follow through the maze of alleged expertise, official proclamations, proof, shelves of evidence and antidotes,we arrive back at ourselves as judge and jury. In this, after many years, I have come to the tentative conclusion that bias is as much of window as it is a closed door.
Among The Ghosts of A Non Local Dream
My walk through began with the large commercial kitchen wherein a gentleman garbed in white stood over a range busy with the rearrangement of various pots and pans from a shelf upon the wall behind the range itself. My host informed me in a whisper, that this particular individual was dead, although he emphasized very strongly that I should allude to this fact in any manner whatsoever. "He sees this as he choses to.This is what he did and what he does. We are not to interfere." We turned the corner and saw a stout and very glum woman in her fifties who glowered at us as we round the corner to our right where she stood in front of a rack of pans. She shot me a look I will never forget that said visually, back off this is mine. I was disoriented enough by her reaction to our presence, to inquire of my host what was it that prompted that reaction? My host sighed." She knows she's dead." As we turned the corner to our left, which led to a small lobby area which simultaneously appeared both neatly decorated and clean and at the same time in superimposition, was equally abandoned, litter strewn and falling down in disrepair. "You see?"asked my host cheerily." this is our home." I could not imagine where his sense of obvious pride arose from, in these circumstances. Just past the lobby was a hallway full of doors. "Come!, come!" he waved me inside of a room to which he held the door open. "Why?" He spat out in a high pitched staccato; "Please don't argue, they are coming and we cannot be here." I held my ground. "Who?" "People who are hunting, please don't ask questions now." Two similarly looking elderly women sat opposite each other in what at first glance appeared to be a very cluttered Victorian parlor. He whispered "You see? A sense of place, of belonging with their things which were them. We do not interfere. Turn around and look at me" There was a very elderly priest in his garb and his voice became rather impatient. "I want you to listen very carefully to what I am about to tell you. Do you think we all achieve enlightenment when we pass on? What is here is whats there, nothing more and nothing less. It's called free will young man, and you need to understand that no one is led by the scruff of the neck to heaven! There are as many heavens as you can devise numbers for. Life is as much of a heaven as death provides. One man's heaven is another man's hell"
With the passage of thought, this experience is still fresh inasmuch as it reverberates in the consideration of life much more than that realm of the dead.
While I don't know this to be the case, I have considered that this elderly priest made what is perhaps not a surprising decision, he intentionally did not progress if you will due to what he saw as a ministering or care for his flock of fellow phantasms. In this however, is an irony. He was as much fixated on on his persona in life as were the others, or was he? I don't know. Only he could respond to my considerations of his state and station. It is left for me to weigh all of this and of course, by sharing this experience, should you chose, you may weigh it as well in your valuations. Once again, whether choice is a factor that we may stand aside from and assume that the potentialities we have are limited by the range of our comprehension or whether we are prone to external influences that superimpose themselves upon us and have an effect of extending their range is perhaps an unnecessary division of a dynamic we churn by our own bias.
