Greetings everyone, I’m new here and not sure where to post an introduction but this seems to be the most appropriate place considering the way in which I found this site.

I grew up in Ridgeway, Ontario (directly across the street from a graveyard) and have been experiencing paranormal phenomenon for as long as I can remember. My big thing is dreams and synchronicity although anything unexplained is right up my alley too. It was a dream of Mildred Mahoney last night that directed me to your site.

Mildred was a good friend of my parents and I spent a lot of time as a youngster in her garage watching her decorate and furnish her doll houses. The weird thing is I haven’t thought of her for years so I’m not sure where this dream came from. I’ve been to the museum only once back in 1985 and I must say the vibes were thick (I live in western Canada now and haven’t been back there in some time).

So last night I dreamt I was visiting Mildred and discovered she was my true birth mother (doubtful but stranger things have happened). Later in the dream I was contacted by a lawyer who said she had died and left me something in her will which I somehow determined to be the museum and all the doll houses. I know she passed quite some time ago so that was kinda bizarre.

Stranger yet is this thread was started on October 26th which happens to be my birthday. And while it’s not unusual to air spooky things on TV Halloween night, that was my daughter’s birthday. She passed away at 4 months old on February 26th (25 years ago) but as always she’s heavy on my mind this time of year. That’s a fair bit of weirdness even for me

Anyway, congrats on the broadcast and I look forward to reading about and watching all your adventures!

Hi Twitchy Witch

Sorry for the late reply but I just noticed your post when I was on here today cleaning up some old posts.
It sounds like you had an interesting dream about her. I know that we have encountered her a few times during our investigation of the Mahoney Dollhouse.
I find it interesting that your family knew her when when she was alive. We have been able to gather some information about her from the current staff at the Dollhouse. She sounds like a wonderful lady.
As for coincidences, I don't believe in them. I do think things happen for a reason and perhaps she is trying to tell you something.
Anyways, thanks for the post. Hope to hear about some of your experiences in the near future.
