Ghost Aventures on the SciFi Channel

I watched a documentary last night on the Sci-fi channel called "Ghost Adventures." I was wondering if anyone else had a chance to see this and what you thought about it?

Although the team seemed to be composed of amateur investigators, I did feel they found some great evidence. So I am wondering if anyone had any feedback on their findings?

I caught to show Ghost Hunters last night, a total rerun, but it was still fun to see them investigate the Winchester House in CA, I was sad that they did not catch anything.... I feel like I should send them the photo I caught when I was there. Wonder what they would say. Hmmmmmm, Maybe I will send it! Well a copy of it.

If you're talking about the show with the two guys locked in a hotel in the Southwest and the flying brick as their only real phenomenon, then yes, I saw it.

And I have to say that this genre, which I am now told is actually called the 'Horror Documentary' is getting a bit out of hand. How many screaming fools will people watch? I can't recall one time I have worked with a team where any such behavior was proper, tolerated or appropriate.

I seriously hope folks understand that while unexpected events may occur, keeping one's head is the first rule when working in the field. Absent controls, this is a primary concern, both for safety as well as for accuracy.

This show, if it's the one I am thinking of, is a great example of the way NOT to do it.

Since posting this, I read that they are actually both film makers and not ghost hunters at all which might explain their reaction.
I definitely agree with you on this one Phenom, it's definitely not the way to do things.
I still think though that (if the evidence on the show is indeed real) they did capture some great evidence admist the screaming lol
